Welcome to Prime Plus Maintenance Services. By using our website and services in Qatar, you agree to the following terms:
- Service Estimates: Any quote provided over the phone or website is a preliminary estimate. The final price will be confirmed after a physical inspection by our technician.
- Access to Property: The client must provide safe access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Payments: Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in a written contract (AMC).
- Warranty: We provide a limited-time warranty on specific repairs (e.g., 30 days for AC gas leaks). This warranty does not cover issues caused by external factors, electrical surges, or misuse.
- Liability: While we take the utmost care, Prime Plus is not liable for pre-existing damages or structural issues discovered during the maintenance process.
- Cancellations: Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you wish to reschedule a booking.
